Active participation in Lean knowledge sharing throughout the KNAPP organization;
Supporting the integration of Lean principles into daily operations;
Developing and delivering lean trainings;
Coordinating Lean projects, and development initiatives;
Process improvement and analysis of organizational processes, identification of development opportunities, supporting the achievement of process improvement goals;
Measuring and reporting process improvement results;
Ensuring that project goals are achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner;

Elvárásunk feléd:
Technical education
3-5 years of experience in production with LEAN methodology
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hungarian and English
Experience in training employees
Practical knowledge of LEAN tools
Experience in lateral leadership and cross-functional collaboration
Motivating, inspiring personality
Flexibility
German is an advantage
